Terms of Service

• All drivers, aged 18 and over, must show a valid driver's license, otherwise they cannot drive a buggy.
• If 2 people are in one buggy, there is always one driver and front passenger for each buggy.
• Running and dangerous driving is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate exclusion.All participants (driver and front passenger) must have their seat belts fastened at all times.
  
• All participants must follow the instructions of the tour management to ensure safety.
  
• Overtaking is prohibited on the road and "off road".
  
• Absolutely no drugs or alcohol.
  
• Always both hands on the steering wheel.
  
• This tour is a fun tour with good buggies and we do not rent buggies for non-guided tours.
  
• Before starting the tour, sign a document that you accept all of the above conditions and that you waive any claims against Malaga buggy.
  
• Enjoy the buggy tour.
